Aroona Farms required an employee and contractor induction video that outlines all requirements and procedures that each employee and/or contractor must adhere to whilst working at Aroona Farms. The induction video is to be shown to each employee/contractor before commencing their employment at Aroona Farms.

New employees were given an speech only induction. The new induction video is shown to each of the 200 employees/contractors before commencing their employment at Aroona Farms. They are then tasked with a quiz to ensure all information was understood.
